BULLETIN - #8 4/11/19 The pump servicing the main pool at the Woodlands Amenity was installed today. The final cleaning of the bottom of the pool can now start. An additional pair of speed bumps has been installed in the straightaway in front of the Woodlands Pool due to the excessive speeding of a few individuals. This was done for the safety of residents/guests and their children walking across the parking lot to the pool.
BULLETIN - #7 4/10/19 Wooodlands Amenity Center SPA is open for use. The POOL will probably RE-OPEN the end of next week. The delay is caused by the main pool needing a NEW pump installed.
BULLETIN - #6 4/6/19 The HOA Board will be holding a meeting for Woodlands Residents on Friday 4/26/19 at 2PM at the Woodlands Amenity Center to keep the Community updated on our current and future projects. We invite residents to bring any questions or concerns that you would like addressed.
BULLETIN - #5 4/5/19 Work is well underway at the Wellness Center Pools. Work is progressing very well and with the good weather the work crews are still on target for a near end of May re-opening.
BULLETIN - #4 3/22/19 We hope to have the Woodlands Pool finished by the end of March.
The HOA has placed a water hose at the WEST side of the WELLNESS CENTER pool area for condo owners to use for RINSING off vehicles and beach supplies. NO SOAP OR DETERGENT IS ALLOWED TO BE USED. IT IS AGAINST N.C. STATE LAW TO POLLUTE STORM WATER PONDS. PLEASE turn the water spigot,in the ground,OFF after use.

BULLETIN - #2 2/18/19 Landscape renovation has begun on Bldg #2. Residents of that building are requested to park their vehicles away from the parking spaces in front of the building. HANDICAP PERMITTED SPACES ARE EXEMPT.
BULLETIN - #1 2/10/19 Just an memory jogger to remind all renters and condo owners that boats,watercraft,trailer,bus,camper,motorhome or recreational vehicle of any kind are not allowed to be parked in any of the condo parking lots longer than 48 hours. A violation notice will be placed on the vehicle and it is subject for towing at owners expense. Except for deliveries and authorized construction, no commercial vehicles are allowed overnight.
